How Fletchr Works

A RAG-based intelligence layer that runs on your hardware. Documents never leave your environment.

Documents Ingested Locally

PDFs and documents are parsed and chunked on your own hardware using local processing. Nothing is uploaded to external servers.

Vectors Stored On-Premise

Document chunks are converted to vector embeddings and stored in a local ChromaDB instance. Your data stays on your infrastructure.

Query Matches Your Documents

When you ask a question, the system finds the most relevant document chunks from your local store — no external retrieval.

AI Responds, Retains Nothing

The query and context are sent to the LLM API under a Zero Data Retention agreement. The response is returned and immediately discarded.

Your Hardware

Documents, vector embeddings, session logs, and audit trails are stored exclusively on your server. No upload step. No cloud sync. Nothing leaves the building.

Encrypted Transit

Only the query context — never document content — crosses the wire. All transmission is TLS-encrypted. Your client files never transit any external server.
